On 3/27, I scanned a double-prosthesis setup with all inserts, two scan protocols and reconstructed with two filters. Scanned with both axial and spiral. See Lab book for details.
I finalized the matlab script for reading Philips axial data: read_philips_dat.m
Then I created a Matlab script "batchsetup_for_ct_data_27MAR06.m" that runs all scan files through the manual step of identifying the metal trace by clicking on it. The script was run and procuced "click_coords.mat"
